| 40 Hours must be logged in a single engine aircraft. Of that 40 hours at least 20 hours must be with an authorized flight instructor and 10 hours must be solo flight. The table below is a breakdown of required hours. |

| Aircraft to be used in program | The program cost is for training in a Cessna 152. This is the most popular trainer of all time. The 152 has a student weight limit of 210 pounds. If you prefer to use the Cessna 172 the program cost will increase to $6000.00. |
| Not included in program cost | The written test cost $90.00. The FAA check ride cost is $450.00. It is also given on site. |
| Prerequisite | Due to Federal TSA requirments we must see and copy your passport or birth certificate and drivers license. The passport must be in date and the birth certificate must be original or a certified copy. We train international students with proof of a valid passport and visa with F1 stamp or M1stamp. You will also need to go through TSA for a background check. This will take a few days and training can not start until we recieve permision from TSA. |
